If you would like to request permanent term-time spaces for your child, please tell us what you're looking for by downloading the form below and returning it to the Club. A member of the team will then get in touch with you to let you know whether we have spaces available and discuss the next steps. These forms can be returned in person, via email or by post. Alternatively, please feel free to phone us to discuss your needs and we will do our best to help. If you would like to request irregular / ad-hoc sessions or Holiday Club sessions, please contact us directly by phone or email.
For September intakes each year we begin taking requests for permanent spaces in April/May, after children's places at primary school have been confirmed. We then get back to families with offers of spaces by July. Please do get your requests in early to avoid disappointment.Please remember that we do get very busy during term-time, and that we may not always be able to offer all the spaces you need. In this scenario we would always offer you the choice of joining a waiting list for the relevant sessions. We always do our best to fit everyone in, but please respect that we have a limited capacity and may already have other people on our waiting lists.
Once you have requested a permanent space you are under no obligation to take up any spaces offered until you are formally requested to do so, so if your circumstances change or you find something more suitable please do just tell us. Similarly, an offer of spaces is only valid at the time of offering and does not automatically mean your child is booked in. Our availability can often change on a day-by-day basis. In order to book any sessions we do need completed registration packs for each child, and a registration fee may also be payable.
