MATT - KIDS CLUB MANAGER
I joined Treetops in January 2018, and later took on the registration and day-to-day management of the setting in Summer 2018. Prior to this I managed residential homes for children with severe learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and autism.
I am passionate about equal opportunities for children and giving everyone the best possible chance of succeeding and thriving. I also have two young children myself, who keep me just as busy when I'm not at work!
SHARON - PLAYWORKER
I have been working in school as a TA since 2003 and have worked at Treetops on and off since this time also, I've been a permanent member of the Treetops team since September 2014. I enjoy all aspects of working with children, whatever their age, needs or abilities.
TINA ROBERTS - PLAYWORKER
I joined Treetops in December 2017, however I have also worked in the school for many years prior to this. I particularly enjoy sharing creative ideas with the children and helping them with arts & crafts.
SAM - DEPUTY MANAGER
I have been at Treetops since November 2007. I love seeing different age groups mix and look out for each other, particularly when we have new reception children join each year.
NEEKY - PLAYWORKER
I have worked at Treetops since May 2006. I love that the work is different every day, and the children are so much fun. I love getting involved with the children and encouraging them to extend their play. I'm particularly fond of using word games and card games.
CAROLINE FRASER - PLAYWORKER
I've been with Treetops since November 2009, and work in the school also. I love to see children achieve and progress, particularly seeing shy/quiet children become more confident and make the most of their time. I believe learning should be enjoyable, and as such always try to help children have fun.
CAITLIN - PLAYWORKER
I joined Treetops in September 2019 having previously completed an apprenticeship in a Nursery setting. I enjoy seeing different groups/ages of children get along with each other and welcome new children in to the group so naturally.
