What Do We Do?

We are an Ofsted registered out-of-school club providing childcare options for children of primary school age (4-11). During term-time we offer Breakfast Clubs and After School Clubs, primarily serving the children of Trinity Primary School, Hereford. During school holidays we offer Holiday Clubs as a full day care option, regularly having children attend from elsewhere in the county/country.

Our ethos is centred around being child-led and offering choice to all children. We offer a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment to all children no matter their interests, background or ability. We have a nurturing and dedicated team of staff, with most of us having experience of working with vulnerable children and/or children with disabilities. We encourage our children to be active and, when the weather allows, we make good use of the school facilities including playground, sports field, conservation area and adventure playground. During Holiday Clubs we are also very lucky to have regular use of the school's swimming pool. For the days that the weather is not so kind, we have our own games room for the children to explore and enjoy. We also have a wide choice of toys/games available to the children at every session as well as a good stock of arts and crafts resources.

We pride ourselves on maintaining excellent relationships with the families using the service and providing consistent support, enabling children to develop naturally in to well rounded young people.

BREAKFAST CLUB
During term-time we open our doors at 07.45am Monday-Friday, for those families who find that the school day doesn't start quite early enough. Children are offered a choice of breakfast items and encouraged to play, learn and socialise before the start of the school day.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB
Similarly, for those families who find that the school day doesn't finish late enough, we are open and available until 6pm Monday-Friday during term-time. Children are offered a simple snack at the start of the session and then given a choice of available activities to keep them busy until they're collected.

HOLIDAY CLUB
We know that many families struggle with childcare during school holidays, so we are open all year round to offer a stimulating and reliable option. The only times we do not open are bank holidays and the Christmas holidays, as we all have our own families to be spending quality time with! We plan particular themed days, local trips out and on-site entertainment in order to keep your children engaged and productive, whilst respecting that the school holidays are also a time for children to relax and play.
